Sr. Technician / Technician
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Technicians and Technicians to join our growing team. If you have a background in Electronics Mechanics and want to build a career in the high-precision Aerospace & Defence manufacturing industry.

- Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years
- Education Qualification: ITI – Electronics Mechanic (EM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Assembly: Manufacture high-quality components and electronic assemblies according to standard work instructions and team leader guidance.
- Equipment Care: Handle specialized manufacturing tools and equipment responsibly, promptly reporting any malfunctions or damages.
- Shopfloor Discipline: Maintain spotless workstations, machines, and tools by strictly following 5S practices and assembly line discipline.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough self-inspections of all completed assemblies to meet strict industry quality standards.
- Target Delivery: Achieve individual daily production targets without compromising on quality or safety.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process-related issues, suggest practical improvements, and contribute to optimizing existing production lines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of electronics, soldering, wiring, and basic assembly processes.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Ability to accurately read, understand, and execute technical work instructions.
- Methodology: Practical knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, and shop floor safety practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative team player mindset.
