Kalyanasundaram Chandrasekaran is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been the Director of our Company since January 28, 2022. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He has extensive experience in finance and handling family offices and was previously associated with BDA Ltd (part of Shaw Wallace and Company Ltd), Beacon Weir Limited (part of Weir Pumps PLC Scotland), ETA-Star group of Dubai.

Currently, he is associated as a Director with Kaizen advisory Pte Ltd and Trustwise Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore, Falcone Peak Fund (CEIC) Ltd, AV Investment fund and Equity Own Fund (CEIC) Ltd., in DIFC Dubai, UAE. Apart from this, he is also on the global boards of technology companies.
