Mr. R Shiva Kumar is a Bachelor of Engineering graduate from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore.

With a career spanning over 20 years in the field of Electronics Manufacturing Industry across the verticals including Defence & Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, Telecom and Power, successfully managed critical responsibilities to meet and exceed the goals of the organization.

Key achievements include Developing and leading a strong sustainable team in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operations, Logistics and Quality to meet the customer demands.

Currently holding the position of Vice President-Operations at M/s. DCX Systems Limited.
