Krishnabhagawan Srinivasa Ranga is the Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company.      He is the Director in the company from September 01, 2023. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. An accomplished financial professional with over 25 years of extensive expertise in managing and enhancing the financial landscape and 10 years of defence sector specific experience. He has extensive experience in working capital management, building system driven strong internal financial controls, statutory compliances, tax optimization, and budgetary finesse with knowledge on business processes, defence procurement procedures thereby assisting the Board in aligning with their strategic decisions for the Company.
