Panchangam Nagashayana is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been the Director of our Company since January 28, 2022. He holds a bachelor of engineering (electronics) degree from Gulbarga University. He has more than 30 years of experience in the electronics sector. He was previously associated with Canarie International, Canarie Electronics Inc., Plugmetrix Technologies LLP and Cyberstar Infocom Private Limited. He is currently a whole-time director of Avyaya Technologies Private Limited.
